1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User" or "Member") and foya88 ("Platform", "we", "foya88"). 2User Eligibility

To register and use the foya88 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3Account Registration

Each individual is only permitted to own one (1) active account on the foya88 platform. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using another person's name, email, or phone number — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without any refund.

During registration, you must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information. False or misleading information is a breach of these terms and entitles foya88 to terminate your account without notice. Information required during registration includes:

• Exact date of birth
• An active email address you own
• A valid Malaysian phone number
• A strong password (minimum 8 characters, containing uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers)

Process Know Your Customer (KYC) will be initiated upon your first withdrawal or when your total deposits reach a specified threshold. Accepted KYC documents include a copy of your MyKad (front and back) or a valid passport, as well as proof of current address such as a utility bill or recent bank statement (not older than 3 months).

4Deposit & Withdrawal

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to rollover requirements before withdrawal.
• Any attempt to exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of wins and account closure.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any third-party tools to influence game outcomes is strictly prohibited.

7User Conduct

All foya88 members are expected to conduct themselves in a responsible manner and to respect all other users and platform staff. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including immediate account closure:

• Fraud, document forgery, or providing false personal information during the registration or KYC process.
• Attempts to launder money through the foya88 platform.
• Owning and operating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses or circumventing withdrawal limits.
• Player collusion in multi-player games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Threats, harassment, or offensive language directed at support staff or other players.
• Any attempt to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the foya88 platform.

8Security & Privacy

Foya88's total liability to any member shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a set period.
